The Stock length is 24”. We can custom make them to any length. I don’t like to order stuff online; Can I call in an order? Yes. We take phone orders all the time. What is the largest waist size you can make? We can make any waist size. The largest we have every made is 69” Can you get a Tartan that you normally don’t stock? Usually the answer to this is no. If you are looking for a certain tartan that we don’t stock, I always recommend Alexis Malcolm Kilts in Florida. She made my Wool Leatherneck kilt and does an excellent job. Click here to visit her site Alexis Malcolm Kilts What are your kilts made from? Our kilts are made from acrylic fiber that looks and moves like wool, but are washable and do not itch. How fast can I Get a Kilt? We can ship overnight via FEDEX, but the cost is usually pretty high – We charge whatever FEDEX charges us +$7 to cover the cost of the box and handling. Our normal shipping method is USPS Priority 2-3 day. We do not ship with UPS. Can I return a kilt I am not happy with? We have never had a kilt returned due to unhappiness, but yes – as long as it is unused. We are pretty easy on our return policies. In 5 years we have only refused one request for return and refund. We do not provide return shipping labels. I got the wrong size, what do I do. Return the kilt, unused, with a check or cash for $10 to cover return S&H and we will do an exchange. Make sure you include a note telling us what you need. We would like you to attend our games or fair? We are always looking for more games to attend. We do however have to make sure it makes financial sense (Cents). We will not do any one (1) day shows outside of Minnesota/Iowa and we need to make sure attendance will support our cost to attend. When is your store open? Tuesday-Saturday 9:30 – 5:00. Usually! Call ahead just incase we are out of town or have to run to the post office. I have a kilt on back order, how long will it take? We usually combine our custom orders and send them in two (2) times as a month. In most cases (98%) we get things back in about 6-8 weeks. There have been times when a weaver’s equipment has broken and it has taken longer.
